The Beauty Dropoff is Ulta's recycling program with Pact Collective. All Ulta Beauty locations have a collection bin, usually near the register.
The bins are brand-agnostic, so empties from anywhere are fine as long as they meet Pact's guidelines and are cleaned out.
How to claim it

Clean and dry your empties and remove leftover product.
