Beauty (Re)Purposed is Sephora's empties program with the nonprofit Pact Collective. It runs in freestanding Sephora stores in the U.S. and Canada and takes empties no matter where you bought them.
There's no points reward, but it's an easy way to keep hard-to-recycle packaging out of landfill. Sephora at Kohl's is not part of the program.
How to claim it

Clean out your empties so they are dry, free of product and unbagged.

Check they meet Pact's collection guidelines.

Drop them in the collection bin at a participating Sephora store.
